Pretended that they were Microsoft Windows Technicans. They have other 1800 numbers. Scammers trying to get into your computer or laptap. Go in by disabling your computer with pops ups saying trojan spyware, lock you out and have an authentic microsoft logo. I did ring but they sounded suspicious and I wouldn't give out much info and they hung up on me as they couldn't fully access my laptop.
