I've had two calls now. I have a debt with Citibank and had previously made offers to Citibank themselves, then came Probe Group & then Aegis Group now this crowd. My business went bust and I sold up everything (house included) to pay out what debt I could. Westpac accepted my payout offer and I owed them a lot more money. Cent's in the dollar wise, Citibank are better off than Westpac if they'd taken my offer. Citibank don't even respond and now I've got this lot as the third debt collector coming after me. Has anyone had them take it any further? I'm about to tell them to put it where the sun don't shine.

I received this at my work place and told the caller with Indian accent that I didn't have the person she was asking for. Of course she didn't give up kept asking for who I was and repeated the name that I have not heard of. She didn't take my nos for an amswer so I hang up while she continued to talk. This forum is good now I know who they are, next time I will annoy them rather than being annoyed.

Same with me - started about 12 months ago. Same supposed company HCL GPSL, would not say how they were associated with Citibank, I am playing with them now, take the call and just leave the caller hanging while I go about my everyday business.

These people call constantly and have even somehow managed to call my place of employment.
I have refused to answer any of their questions. However when they call work, they annoy my work collecgues demanding to speak with me.
I have had an account with Citibank many eyars ago and it is closed and paid. But they continue to contact me. After reading the comments that everyone has written, I have will not give them any information. Just the mere fact that the phone nunber comes up on the internet and everyone has said somehting is scary.
I just want it to stop.

I had a call from HCL GPSL today for one of our employees. The particular employee was in an important meeting and the person who called demanded I interrupt and when I asked what it was in regard to, he continued to demand I interrupt. He was very rude and abrupt. Of course my colleague had never heard of him and did not take the call but what a nerve demanding that I interrupt the meeting. It turns out it is a private matter and nothing to do with our company.

Judging from the comments they have been dormant for a long time. They called here while I was having a sleep. My husband does all our banking (as well as every thing else including cooking). He was string the guy along until I came on the phone nd told the prick where he could go with colourful language. I trust he will get the message.

They just called me and asked for my home number. Don't give it to them. Have them nothing but my name. Then hung up as they palmed me off to another person, without even telling me they were transferring the call! I have never had anything to do with Citi Bank. If they call me again, I'll call fraud and ethics and put a complaint in! Pricks! My credit rating is perfect!

HCLGPS are a call centre chacing my ex-Partner debts from Citibank for almost 2 years. I have had no contact with him for 4 years and they are telling me that they hve good news. It took me 3 goes to get them to give me a company name as I told them he would never call them unless he had a company name. Their number was 1800 204 884. I hear from a different Person each time. How Stupid do they think we all are.

Hassling me too - I have Citibank card, but it's not in arrears and I'm not over my limit. They are trying to get me to clear the entire balance instead of just paying the monthly payments - obviously they get a commission on it. Have rung about 6 times in the last 2 weeks.
