Received several calls from this number and a bunch of other home numbers today claiming to be from this number - spoke to an Indian man called (cough) "Ricky Matthews" with staff ID 4561. Was repeatedly told I was the servant of the house and he wanted to speak to my parents re their computer. Played along for a bit, saying we didn't have a computer etc and was promptly to to F off. Lovely.

5 calls today from same lot declaring they are from windows.

Definately a scam, first he rang on a private number telling me he was from Windows, so I just hung up. My phone then rings again from 1800 180 180 & it's the same guy!! I tell him I have a Mac & he continues with "Ok.... I need to record this call for customer service purposes. Now we noticed you have issues with your Mac..."

I have been receiving several calls a day from this number for the last few days. Sometimes they just hang up without saying anything. Other times it's an Asian/Indian woman who says she's from 'Windows' and needs to fix problems with my computer. It's obviously a scam so last time I played along for about 5 mins (without actually doing anything on my computer) before telling her to f@#k off.

It never stops every single day for weeks. Pretending to be a computer company we all know it's a scam. Wish they would leave me alone.

This 1800 180 180 number belongs to Newcastle Electrical Wizards. It's their number. Do they know about this?

Yep it's a scam they will claim they are from Telstra or Microsoft or a computer maintenance company and various others.
Don't even bother answering a call from this number.

A number of calls from 1800 180 180 over the past week or so, showing as 'overseas". When we answer and sometimes say nothing, sometimes hello, they hand up without anything said from their end.

Called twice today, when I answer they just hang up.

We have received 4 calls from 1800 180 180 in the past 24 hrs. Comes up as overseas, does anyone know how to stop the calls.

Had a missed call from this number. My phone system says it's coming from the Cocos (Keeling) Islands. Reeks of bullsh*t to me. Guaranteed to be a scam call. PS: Reverse Australia need to add a category for scam calls in the 'Call type' list.

prank calling my home phone and its coming up as an overseas number

I received an international call from +1800 180 180 claiming there was a problem with my computer - immediately realized it was a scammer, by the asian voice and crackly line so I hung up.
I don't believe it came from 1800 180 180.
I'm beginning to get more scammers with this +1800 prefix.
