Looks dodgy. Do not reply through your phone. From an independent browser, the website is not logging in at all. Dodgy.

Scammers claiming to be Telstra. Claimed my prepaid was about to run out, which I thought was odd since it has about a week left. You know it's a scam when there is a 1800 number attached.

You can block this number. Add it to your new contacts numbers list, and then block from that

I get messages from this number regularly.
Often address me as Kathleen which is not even close to my name.
They also tell me there’s work in my area “Riana” which is absolutely nowhere near where I live.
The best part is, I am not even with Telstra!
But unlike people above, it is not all in capitals on my phone. It shows as Telstra.
I’ve never tried a link as it doesn’t feel right to me, and even if it’s legit, it’s useless to me as I’m not a Telstra customer.

1800 039 059 opt out number given.
m.telstra.com URL given to recharge now.
SMS from "TELSTRA" claimed my credit about to run out. BUT...
I'd recharged 3 days ago (and checked it had gone through).
Lodged an official scam complaint to the Real Telstra (not all capital letters).

Crap claiming to be Telstra
Typical ACCC sitting on their high paid arse

Get rid of the ACCC and replace it with something logical for consumers.
Time to Nationalise to get rid of these hungry Cretins.

People here saying "no way to block them". You can indeed block these SMSs (I just have!) using the standard steps on your phone.

From May 14 youcan start earning Telstra Plus points and check your points balance in the Telstra 24x7 app or via tel.st/tplusse. Opt out: 1800 039 059

Why would Telstra have just a weird web address?
