This company is a debt recovery service with a staff of very young vapid vacuum cleaner type salesmen and women who all believe they can be millionaires before they reach 30. I would bet they spent a day or two on an intensive, mandatory course on "How to intimidate and sound menacing" that they had to pay for out of their first pay cheques. Clearly a team of pimple faced teenagers trying to sound all grown up and trying desperately to impress the boss, who no doubt wears his hair slicked back and in a bad 80's ponytail and has one of those all "too suntanned for her own good" wives who is aging exponentially but still has very pert siliconesque t*ts with that badly wrinkled cleavage that look like an old potato that's just about to sprout.

This is a scam agency. They seem to have access to dudd accounts and try all sorts of crap to fish money from you, but they'll try a slick manouvre. I have a resolved account that was dragged out but then closed. They settled it for me and it was finalised. They must have some access (and maybe not so much legally) to discarded information and are trying to fool you through vagueness.

I received a call from 0423 754 317 in relation to a business matter for another person, the person whom called was Adam whom then preceded to ask me if my full name was .......which I replied yes. they then gave me a contact number of 1300 722 974 and a reference number for another person. I then looked up the number on google and found out who they were and sent a message to the mobile number saying if they contact my phone number again I will report them to police and the fraud squad as I am not the person they are looking for and they used my details to find the person they are looking for.

I have been been harassed since 2009 from these people and it has been disturbing to say the least.
They are horrible beyond words, I lost items in the 2009 bushfires and only just escaped with my life. One month after the fires I started receiving phone calls... I was still grief stricken and traumatised by the fires in Kinglake as well as homeless. I explained my circumstances constantly and also let them know that I paid extra with my arrangement that I had with Rentsamrt for insurance but nothing stopped them.

They would almost mock me and their cruelty is beyond understanding, I finished many a phone call in a sobbing mess.

They still harass me and now I have contacted a lawyer and am considering legal action

had a call just now. OP was looking for frank mulch. he explained that he was from state mercantile but left out the 'debt collection' part. he had a professional voice over the phone but was very insisting and aggressive somewhat.

i kept insisting that i was not frank mulch and he argued that this number has been provided to him 6 months prior to the phone call. as i have just signed up with my mobile company, this is all false. i tried to tell him this but the OP did not seem receptive to any of it. apparently it is illegal to ask for people's numbers or something like that. i brushed it off, already having a feeling that it is a scam. he also mentioned that telstra keeps their numbers for at least 6 months after a user disconnects with them. how the guy knew i was a telstra customer, i could never figure out.

as he went on and on about trying to convince me that i'm frank mulch, i just gave up. i then requested him not to be contacted by the company again. he again insisted that if i should send them details to prove that i am not frank mulch, otherwise they will keep contacting me as per procedure. i assume he wants my postal address and credit card information. i said no that will not be possible, then he continued on to say that he has no choice but to keep contacting me.

at that moment, i put down the phone on him and immediately did some research. i came up with the following below:

as a web developer i tried to get into more detail.
if you search state mercantile, they have completely dominated the first page and half of the second page. to my understanding, this only happens when

1. the company wants a lot of exposure
2. the company has something to hide (aka bad reviews) as 90% of users don't even go past the first page when searching
3. the company has plenty of money and has been doing this for quite a while.

though to be fair, the search terms were fairly specific. although i believe this is the case, you can prove me wrong any time and i will welcome it.

as an added note, i believe that there can be 2 scenarios to this.
1 the company has no idea an external party is using their business name to scam people
2 the company itself is a malicious form of marketing, solely trying to scam people to get credit card info

They finish work at 8pm Corrina & Martin park under the building if you'd like to harass them in the way they push staff to harass others :)

They have been told by my financial counsellor that it is illegal to phone & harrass me, she will put in formal complaint to financial ombudsman and they can receive hefty fine and court appearance

Tony keeps calling refusing to give his surname. He also said the company was called Pan Zero which when i checked Pan Zero doesn't exist though he left 133 722 974 number to ring him on. Anyone have an email address for this company

i have just sent clive a nasty email telling him to leave me alone or he will be facing some very angry family members who are connected with the italian mafia and they will arrive at his doorstep with one quick phone call from us and as the saying goes... he will be swimming with the fishes.. and trust me he does not want to mess with me or my family...

These people are the most arrogant people I have known.
They only work for this company as they do not have any customer service skills at all. If they worked for me (Stop) They would not work for me because of this or if by chance they did get a job they would not have it very long. I think if these customer service peole talk and act like this, god, what are there bosses like. Please can you not give them any more work
