Had a call from these tosses too. Friend of mine wins a mobile phone shop and she says so many role are complaining about the same thing from this number. Their number should be blocked!
Got a Telegram from these people re a personal important matter to contact them on 1300 304 298 asap. they been hounding us for a supposed unpaid bill with gotalk / clubtelco (which we have paid in full on time) more then 1+1/2 years ago. we asked them to send us proof of this outstanding bill and we keep getting these demand notices but not the supposed outstanding bill. If this keeps going on we will take them to vcat or to court for harassment.
I had the same experience, I got an SMS and called back and was confronted with a very rud operator who hung up on me because I would not give them my personal details. It is however genuinely D&B and I can not believe how rude and unprofessional they are
Any number leaving urgent call back is as good as a cold call it is supposedly D&B but they ask all sorts of nonsense questions and provide no answers do not call this number and you will avoid pain and frustration
we got an SMS from this number with a reference number to call back Dun and Bradstreet on an urgent matter. It is an indian call centre and when i refused to give private details over the phone they hung up on me. Could Dun and Bradstreet really be this unprofessional to send SMS's to request information???
