Got $10 a week subscription to Aussie Vids and rang the help number which was 1300 301 547 and got through to customer service. I asked what website it was connected to as I didn't remember subscribing to anything last night and apparently I subscribed to an Adult Service (photo/video) which I certainly did NOT!!!! Subscription has apparently been stopped and I asked for a refund of the $10 which they said they would do and asked them to block the number. If this happens to anyone else you can text STOP to 19789076 which I did anyway, but wanted to speak to someone in customer service to assure me that my phone number was unsubscribed and to block it so that this does not happen again.

I think you need to do more to make sure that unsuspecting children searching Youtube don't accidentally subscribe to a $10 a WEEK subscription service to Aussie Vids! I rang the number above and left a message asking for the subscription to stop and also emailed STOP to 19789076 but I wonder how many families end up spending $$$$$$$ unknowingly! $10 for a weekly subscription service is $40 a month and absurd!

Maybe you can make them tick a box that they are 18 or over as my son somehow ended up subscribing - thinking he was just getting free videos.
