called back multiple times (as thought it was family from Geraldton as its a Geraldton number) yet the number is disconnected

I’ve received numerous calls from this person in regards to my gas bill/supplier. He never tells me which company he is calling from only that he wants to discuss discount entitlements which I have already registered for online. When I told him to stop calling me he was rude and ended the conversation with “ok you pay more for your gas bill, have a good day”. Pure knob
