Caller: Someone that refused to leave a message. It is my considered opinion that someone at Milton Graham is not following though on their care of duty to assure the information is correct. This is the second time they have contacted us in 6 months. Both times they have ONLY been able to agree that the name they are referencing is NOT the name on the phone number they are calling. It is also my considered opinion that they don't care... they just want to collect any money they can without duty of care in the accuracy.... EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD THE PEOPLE AT THIS NUMBER, NAME, AND ADDRESS HAVE NEVER TAKEN OUT A LONG WITH SOME SUNSHINE LOAN COMPANY.
THE NEXT STEP WILL BE TO CONTACT THE OMBUDSMAN AND THE NEW MEDIA.
