Yes I am getting those same calls too. Interesting it should be Milton Graham!
A collector for unpaid 'parking fines'. Fines that they cannot enforce. They try with their scare tactics. This should be reported to the correct officials.
I saw my friend's letter who is being harassed by this person - by post. Its to do with Traffic Monitoring Services - this geeza is a debt collector - either for TMS -or with them.

If you didn't recognize you had any debt and you know you have no debt
Dont ring the number back nor talk to the person on the phone ..
this is a scam they do this by saying you owe this amount of money.
it usually involves you needing to give your bank details which then is Identity Theft
Be very Careful but strong with these types and make sure aren't scared with the tactics they use like swearing and Such.

Caller: Supposedly a company called Milton Graham

SCAM Message saying I have a debt with company I have never dealt with. Does not address me by name. They call from Balla Balla WA and on different numbers as well as this number including (08) 9917 8124, (08) 9917 8140, (08) 9917 8143

Comes up on phone as calling from Balla Balla in WA.
