Woman of international origin said she was calling with regards to an Australian Health and Wellness Forum and I only had to answer yes or no to the questions. Confirmed it was my last name from the white pages with a 'yes', then she asked to answer yes or no to an age bracket. I told her I wasn't interested in taking part and she got a bit short with me, so I just hung up.

hung up as soon as I answered, out of curiosity called back said number is NOT CONNECTED suspect a scam

Caller: Three different indians

Today on three different occasions three people, sounded like Indians rang from this number flogging crap. Told to nick off, but not in such polite words. I scammers through and through

Some survey or scam, lady on phone had Indian accent.

WE always leave answering machine on and calls always hang up when not answered SCAM definately

Indian lady called Bam, with Indian accent. Knew my name. When I asked her to repeat her name, told me that she would call me back. Sounded like a call centre in the background. Definitely scammers. Beware.

Just had this number call saying she was from Health & Wellness doing a survey and was there anyone in the house over 50. (non-Australian voice). Please be aware that if you are a pensioner or dole recipient and use voice recognition with CentreLink - NEVER respond with a "yes" or "no" answer to these calls which can then be used to access legitimate services you may use.

No message left.

No action from me.

Overseas scammer "Australian Health and Wellness Forum" using a spoofed (fake) number from the Philippines. Diverted to the scammer answering machine.

SCAM - three times today, from different numbers - wont take no for an answer.

Scam. Said "sorry wrong number" and hung up in my ear as soon as they realised they were calling a business.

Another anonymous caller who hung up rather than leave a message.

And here we go again... almost daily blocking of spurious numbers that call the home phone (NBN) and hang-up as soon as it goes to voice mail.
