It's Viva Photography, it's most likely not a scam as I entered and won a competition with them so I gave them my number they didn't get it of a listing. However they didn't listen when I asked them not to call during office hours.

I called back number (08) 9467 2099 spoke to a woman who said I've reached a photography company but can't understand properly the name when she mentioned it.
