Caller: Marketing

Hi phoned our business to speak with manager - was very cagey about who they were and would not leave a message, Offered email of manager but stated they can only take calls... interesting... so looked up to see if any other complaints and looks like there are many complaints and they are a Marketing / Survey Group.

Not allowed to leave messages. We are a call center. You would have issues getting hold of us being outbound

Very annoying. This crowd has now called me 3 times in a row as well as yesterday. No messages left (of course).

It is a legitimate Market Research Company. Very polite when I spoke to them.

Well, Market Research or not, I can tell you now that they have illegally obtained the mobile number in which they called on ... this number stays connected but belongs to my DEAD Partner who passed away from a Sudden Death on WA Day , 5th June 2017 .. He has been "pushing up daisies" (as they call it) for well over 12 months - that's why I can very confidently verify that their claim of a survey being completed is a crock of sh*t! ... so when this phone rings unexpectedly, out of the blue - the person on the other end had better be prepared to cop a mouth full...! And that goes for anyone who rings this number ...!

Not impressed recieving calls before 8am weekdays from a Market research company (with a few missed calls the day prior) I have now blocked this number.

No one called. i have worked in the Market Research Industry before. FYI Market Research is EXEMPT from the do not call list. Just way government works it. Just thought i let you know. :)

Well guys you can complain and say it’s in breach of do not call registry all you like but you should all read the fine print of dnc and private number listing ALL market research and charitable telemarketing is exempted from these list and have access to all number registered within Australia they do not receive any person info attached to the number hence y it may be new and u are wondering how they got it this number is new it has been someone’s at some point and may have been registered to the area being called at that particular time.

Keeping ringing I will not answer, stopping wasting your time, and I’m on the do not call register that register is also a waste of time

Got three calls from this mob this week. All after hours. This is harassment. Leave me the *bleep* alone!

I do not appreciate getting these calls after business hours at 8pm! I never answer my phone from businesses after 7 unless it’s friends or family. And how these people got my number is another question.

HeHeHe... Surveyed my answering machine for 7 minutes, I wonder if they got the answers they wanted? BS that it is in response to something that I agreed to, they have been randomly calling me (and thus getting diverted) for years.
