I returned a call from (08) 9453 5803 and spoke with someone who mentioned the company Cathay Logistics

Kogan delivery always said we will deliver from 10am to 4 pm...but nothing

Tried to get it delivered 3 days in a row by booking a delivery time on X day between 10-4. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the item and kept having to call back between office hours to determine when it would get delivered.
