To Jane. Jane absolute nonsense about buying seconds. Changing your mind paying for 1sts and still getting seconds. We would never do that EVER. Very disappointed we paid for seconds upfront but couldnt get it until a weekday,after that we decided we wanted the good stuff so when we went back paid an extra $1200 to only realise we ended up with the seconds anyway so we got ripped off $1200 and they didnt want to know us!!!!!

Duane i agree with you. My flooring needs to be rectified as well. They just keep dragging it giving so many excuses for many months

Dear Steven. Our sincere apologies concerning your flooring not being available for installation for your 2 bedrooms. We were very badly let down by our supplier at the very very last minute. We do understand that you have been inconvenienced and we sincerely do apologise. This situation was totally out of our control. I understand that your flooring is now down and looking fantastic ! Dear Mr Duane Slinger. I do apologise for the delay in the service call on your new flooring. We have not been giving you excuses. As you are very well aware Chris your installer flew to America for 5 weeks the day after installing your new floor. We like to have the installer who provided the installation to service the call back. We appreciate that a very minor issue with your flooring can be a big issue to you. With that in mind once again I apologise for the delay and any stress caused and we will be visiting your home within the next week. Yours faithfully. Gordon. Store Manager

I get a call this morning from the installer to say that he can't come in today anymore because the store has let him know that the shipment of our timber will not be in. I organised alternative accommodation as I have two children. Get organised and get my timber. You said it would be done today!

Their prices are second to none. Their credit card charges not good at all.The after sales service not good at all, I have been trying to get them in to repair my flooring more than a months now,no joy. All I get is excuses, excuses, excuses. I would not recommend to anyone.

Oct 9 - Unknown ??? Your comment about twisted boards. Timber flooring being a natural product does from time to time react by ways of expansion and contraction. All our flooring products come with a Manufacturers guarantee and we are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If your flooring is indeed faulty we will rectify it. Store Manager
