He was recommended to us during a very busy period by one of the major flooring companies in Perth. Accidents do happen with scratching but we certainly would never refuse to fix a problem like this. NEVER. All workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years. We work very hard to provide the best possible service we can in in the big picture we have very few complaints. Looking at getting flooring and having seen these comments think I will definitely stay away from Focus on Flooring

I do not recommend any one to Focus on Flooring.
Stay away from FOF.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work the service and the staff. The installers scratched the floors during installation the trim doesn't fit and the skirting dont sit along the wall. The company refused to fix the the problem

having dealt with focus on flooring for several years and had them supply and install
flooring and carpet at clients houses. Many of whom are pensioners. I have no hesitation in suggesting that if you need flooring go and see lea,gordon or ozzie at the store and find out for yourself how good the prices and service are. It seems that one or two upset
customers have tried to leave bad revues. One has tried to remove same. thats not bad 2 complaints in many years.

At the time my comment was posted, the comments i made at the time appeared to be true but it was all a misunderstanding and miscommunication between their staff, we did get the right flooring however i found them to be very unprofessional and for the future wont be returning
