Number called but didn’t say anything and then they hung up. Scam?

I am getting heaps of these calls as soon as I block the number they call on another number in the llast 2 weeks I have had to block about 10 different numbers it’s driving me mad I now can’t answer any calls that I don’t recognise and I have to tell people if they call me from an un-recognised number to leave a message and I will call them back ....what can I do??????

It is a scam. They want you to call back and then charge you for the wait time. They were calling me 4-5 times a day. Just block the number

Some sort of tele marketers

Kept calling 4 times a day.
Finally called back and got an unmanned answering system telling me to call a 1800 number.
