This was posted today on a facebook crime reporting page:

for your info I just received a call from (08) 9243 4684 which is another scam from a call centre saying that they were the car accident investigators, I asked "what accident" they then asked me if I had an accident in the last 12 months to which I replied "no" they then hung up on me .. just so you can all be aware if you have had an accident in the last 12 months .. please also look out for your elderly as they get scammed easily

Call from this number saying they were accident investigator, when I asked what accident and then they asked if I had an accident this year I said no and they hung up on me

Some f-wit ethnic fella from Accident Investigation Centre asking me if I have had an accident in the last 2 years. Told him he was a f-ing scammer and he obviously was cause he hung up on me

The cow fops call, don't answer when I say hello, so clearly they are not really interested in communication. If it is some boiler room that is trying to get insurance, they are bloody fops from a cow with a fetish for fence posts up its arse. I hope they eat sh*t and die.

No answer on the other end - just 30 seconds of silence and they hang up. Note that my lines are all on the DNC register (and unlisted) so either a scammer, a "survey" trying to collect your data to sell or a political party trying to sell you their lies
Others report this number running the fake accident claim service - since I don't own a car this is almost certainly a scammer. If you get a call either don't pick up or tell 'em what total scumbags they are
