Heavily accented voice - asking if I paid the gas bill

Number unknown, background noise but caller did not speak

These a** holes somehow got my number.. now every week they change their number and keep calling.. NOT HAPPY. They are not a gas company, they are a SCAM

I called back number (08) 9234 5704 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Just received a call from a lady from this company. I keep getting these f*cking calls whether it be at work on my mobile or the stupid landline number my wife wants us to have in case her elderly grandparents need to call us or whatever. So they called when my wife was asleep (worked a night shift as she is a nurse). I had the day off from work as it was my RDO. Luckily I was able to answer the phone before it rang out multiple times. I always know it's going to be a scam call because who the f*ck still uses landline other than old people and scammers. So the lady says hello and doesn't give her name or company name. Which is always a red flag and just asks if I am the home owner and if I pay the bills. I play along and answer some of her stupid questions. After 5 mins of the conversation going no where I explain to her I don't know the bill comes in and I pay it as simple as that. I explain to her that I don't care about any price cutting bullsh*t and not poor so not her target demographic for this call. She then kept saying that if I hung up they would just keep calling back. So I stated that she has called and my wife has been on night shift. I then started getting even more annoyed and said that I get all the stupid f*cking c*nting calls when I am at work and that I wanted her name and the name of the company so I can take this matter to my solicitors (an empty threat) she then proceeded to tell me I was being rude and disrespectful and that she isn't going to give me her name or the company name until I apologize. I then started pushing the buttons a bit more and proceed to swear a bit more and be a bit more insulting. She then proceeded to tell me that if I was being polite and asked nice then they wouldn't call again. So I then asked her what was the point of the call. Then in a true moment of awesomeness she confirmed exactly what I thought "It's to waste your f*cking time. I have never had a customer as rude as you. You are a rude f*cking man. We are all humans after all and you should apologize." So very incincerely I apologized. I don't think she understood sarcasm and then she reluctantly told me her name Villey and then that the company was called Gas Price Cutter's. I then told her that as someone who has worked in many companies you would never be allowed to swear at a customer so that's how I know this isn't a legitimate call. I then told her that I was going to get my solicitors onto this and get her fired and sue the company. Just to mess with her a bit more I then said that she should start looking for a new job because she won't have that one for much longer. I then said to her as I was signing off "hey from one human to another go f*ck yourself."

Why was my detailed description not printed about this number harassing me daily ?

Scammers. Said they were from "Price Cartel" and were an energy price comparison company. Specifically targeting gas. Hung up when I requested my details be wiped from their database.

Yep, now I know who it is, every time they ring me, I yell down the phone "STOP RINGING ME" . And the next day they ring me again. Obviously passing it on to some other idiot. The caller suggests you may have not got the government refund/allowance, so come on over to them. Then they ask you to get a recent gas bill to compare. Don't do it. And they have the ability to make it look like the number is from your state. Getting a sore throat from yelling at them.

Phone rang (my mobile) when I answered they just hung up. I don't normally take calls that are not identified but on this occasion I wasn't paying full attention.

Wasnt a clear line. Call showed up being an Armadale number which clearly it isnt. When i asked who was calling i didnt hear what she said so i asked her to repeat it but she hung up on me instead. Sounded like a telemarketing centre.
