Dreadful service, cannot contact anyone and online is ridiculous, no wonder people are upset. this is making someone who is already anxious more so.

I was asked to call No. (02) 6145 0391. That number told me that I was underpaid and I will be paid $2480. Then I was told to go to Woolworth and buy Apple i tunes card, value $400 which will be refunded with my payment. They made an appointment with Centrelink in Port Adelaide for 4 PM tomorrow. I would like someone to check whether it is so. Very sus.

I have called the provided number and not getting thru. I need to advice that I have giving all the paper work to Centrelink port Adelaide office but once I call they are always telling me they don't have my paperwork. This is pissing me off. You offer a number to call if cant attend appiontments etc. an actual proper number would be helpful!!! Now I can't get ahold of centerlink. My payments will most likely get cut off! Not happy.

I have tried a calling about 12 different numbers to say I can't attend an appointment so far I have been on hold for about 2 hours... I am calling from a mobile... This is unacceptable.. Why can't there be a number for me to call with being taken for the run around? This is something you need to fix.. I know you have a lot of people who need help and have other inquiries but you obviously need a new system to start dealing with this because the one you have in place now is just not working...
