I returned a call to (08) 8300 0902. A women from travel auctions answered to say I had won an auction to Nambucca Heads I had put in for, however my visa wouldn't allow me too. I thought I've used my visa over the phone recently but she said it's probably because I've reported it stolen or because the ATM swallowed it ages ago and had to change the password and get a new card. Would this be right. Thanks for help
