they called me today and asked me a question which i couldnt really hear well with a thick indian accent,then after that they hung up :((

Trying to find out who owns this phone number.

I've had calls from various 'incarnations' of this number for about a year now.  They never leave a message or when you answer they hang up after a second.About 4 months ago I searched the number i was getting it from and it led me to this site (again) and i noticed that all men were hung up on but women and old people actually spoke to someone.  The last time they called me i 'put on' a frail women's voice and guess what, they started talking to me.  I guess they think an older person or a women is more easily duped into giving out personal details.Once they started talking to me i answered their question by forcefully telling them never to contact me again.I never heard from them, or that number again... until yesterday on (08) 8127 2000.  A 4 month reprieve is better than nothing.So ignore the calls or answer in your sweetest grandma voice.  Best options at the moment.

Its origin. I phoned origin direct and aparently it really is them. I keep hanging up on this number and just phone origin direct. I still dont trust it.
