These guys claim to be a finance company and will provide you with an ABN as well as an ACN for the business name Loan Access, however they have stolen this business name from Cash Converters in Beenleigh in Queensland. Just ringtheir store and they will explain it further.

The man that contacted me went by the name, Tony Lambert with the email address tony@loanacess

Number: This one (08) 8121 7866 and his "manager" 0431 235 216 Naomi K Lino
Email Address: tony@loanacess
Website: www.loanacess.com which is just a parked domain and he will say it is because they are updating their website due to the relocation of the business. Also notice that "access" has been spelt wrong.


HOW THEY OPERATE:
You will probably be applying for finance online and then one of these companies that you apply with will sell your information to "Loan Access".
They will then contact you and offer you whatever amount you want.
But before they give you your loan, they will need "loan insurance" which you will be requested pay around $2000 up front.
This is a SCAM! You will pay the money and I imagine will never hear from them again or receive your loan.

I wasn't scammed luckily but it could happen to anyone. Contact Cash Converters in Beenleigh to report if you have been contacted by this scam.

Well this is just an absolutely; bizarre coincidence!! They just called me and I happen to be at 18 Forsyth Street; Whyalla. Number 17, across the road, is a real estate agent.

Jason Smith got all my details and used it to open a bank account everywhere and i mean everywhere. Fortunately i didnt lose money, close though.The only reason I didnt was I googled the deposit name and it came up as a scam when I tried to call Jason back surprise surprise he aint there. I say check out everyone offering good deals cause generally they aint thats my experience

These guys now go by Finance Advantage Pty Ltd and this number they have an ABN and registered with Asic he goes by the name jason Smith and is in FIJI ???: phone call kept cutting out like an over seas call and comes up as a private number. He wanted all my documentation eg passport, drivers licence etc and sent an email that was from financeadvantage @ australiamail.com wanted $1800 in personal loan protection. Sounded too good to be true!!! bad debt loan and $50K no security unsecured loan and repayments $192 approx a week. good for a normal loan but a bad debt one .. should be a higher interest rate. sounds too good it probably is .... watch this one ... oh and they gave me a suburb NOT an address. dodgy
