Caller: (08) 8120 0417 Recorded message stating that eBay was going to take a payment of $199 for an iTunes card. I will be letting eBay know that there is some sort of scan going on, regarding them.

Caller: (08) 8120 0417 Be careful. Same story...$199 charge from ebay. I called and spoke to them. They wanted to have Teamviewer access to my phone to put a form on it??? No way in the world would I do that. Dodgy, dodgy dodgy...avoid at all costs.

Appears to be a scam to get you to call back.
Recorded voice claiming to be eBay 'advising' that your credit card was about to be debited $199 for iTunes gift card and to call a number if you want to cancel.

Received the call regarding $199 iTunes card. Called the number back and asked him if this was a scam and he said yes ma’am. Told him I was calling police and he said he would hold the line to talk to them.

When I asked them what to do to cancel it, they've asked me to install teamviewer on my phone and login to ebay server. what the heck? of course i didnt do it! When I told him i'm working in IT and i dont trust what's he's trying to ask me. He hang up.
