Recorded message stating that eBay was going to take a payment of $199 for an iTunes card. I will be letting eBay know that there is some sort of scan going on, regarding them.

Be careful. Same story...$199 charge from ebay. I called and spoke to them. They wanted to have Teamviewer access to my phone to put a form on it??? No way in the world would I do that.
Dodgy, dodgy dodgy...avoid at all costs.

Appears to be a scam to get you to call back.

Recorded voice claiming to be eBay 'advising' that your credit card was about to be debited $199 for iTunes gift card and to call a number if you want to cancel.
