Same complaint..I make appointment..they call asking me to make appointment..I ask not to be rung..they agree..same happens again. And even if you have caller display you don't know who's calling til you pickup (number is not dissimilar to area a family member lives/ works so even if I Di know the number calling I could do without the stress if thinking something may have happened to them.

Just wish they would leave a message not just constantly ring and hang up on you

Despite how many times you repeat the fact that you just had a tattoo or am currently ill they keep calling non-stop, so the easiest option is to stop answering I guess.

This amounts to harassment. They have rung me every tuesday for the last 4 weeks just because I cancelled my appointment with blood bank as a result of work committments. I refuse to answer this call.

they call constantly all the time mobile and my home phone ,i have not donated blood for about 4 years due to a illness .But a least every week they and do not leave a massage ,i would like to be taken off there calling list

Bit annoyed. They called this morning, I made an appointment. Now they have called me again. No voice message was left, not cool. Needed to get their internal communications processes sorted.

I have donated over 150 times. I don't really need a letter and reminder phone call. Seems like a waste of time and money having a person ringing around.
