Called me from (08) 7140 1406 claiming to be from Telstra about a credit on my account, this is the third call about this alleged credit. I havent dealt with Telstra for 5 years. BEWARE, a definite scam call.

Scam calls and text messages claiming to be from Telstra. Demanding personal details in regard to an order. I've not been with Telstra for 20 years. Text messages about an order and upgrade on my account that I don't have. Don't answer texts and do not answer calls from (08) 7140 1406. Hang up

Calling about a property valuation on our house. We are refinancing, but seems very sus. Blocked the number and if genuine my broker can tell me.

They are persistent they keep on calling back

called following up on high value order from Telstra - I was skeptical based on the feedback here but they were able to quote me exactly what I ordered from Telstra.

Is a genuine number calling on behalf of Telstra Was a follow up to an order I did place with Telstra earlier this month.

Spam caller saying they are from Telstra

Claimed be from Telco Services Australia (TSA) requiring further information from me to resolve a case with Telstra. They wanted DOB, residential address, Telstra account number etc. I refused to give her the information she requested and she threatened to cancel my Telstra order. This has happened twice now and the first time my order was cancelled. Telstra does not know why. They seem to have access to Telstra’s order / file note system. DO NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THEM!
