He keeps calling regarding some offers and speaks in hindi. I even blocked him but still getting calls.

I called back number (08) 7130 3728 rang once then goes to busy tone.

Caller: Someone from a billing consolidation service

Someone rang me from Billing Direct. some sort of a billing consolidation service offering 30% discount. Starting talking to me in Urdu straight away. I asked them for a name and address. they gave me some address in Vic - 169 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn, Victoria. I asked them to spell the street name and they couldn't understand.
They also wanted to send me a watsapp message with their company details.

Definitely a scam.

spoke in Chinese or similar, sounded like it may have been a recording.

Caller: Unknown

They called me. I answered the phone with a "Hello, Sarah speaking" and they immediately hung up. When I tried to call back, it appeared to redirect the call (the call tone changed) and no one answered. Most likely a scam caller.

Called back from online inquiry of a course

Didn't pick up, but they left a long silent message with one section of the message a drum/music beat was playing. Very strange

Keeps calling me again and again, I never answer this call as I know she becomes threatening to hurt me over the phone. Then she call from different numbers.

Caller: Adrian

This random number from Adelaide have called me two days in a row. Twice yesterday and 6 times today . When I call back, it states that the number is bakers hunt.

These males caller keep calling me about billing direct and keep
Making fun when I asked taking my number off. I told him that I would report him and he said you do whatever you feel like and speaks in Hindi

I received a miss call but no message left. Scam.

some one speaking in hindi .. looks like these people engage you and drive you mad , though you asked not to call .

please ban this number OR take action against these people

she called regarding some offers and speaks with very strong Indian accent. I even blocked the number but they call again on another number.

Caller: This Arsehole

Keeps calling from similar numbers. I answered it once. Said "Can we speak in Hindu?" And then began speaking in Hindu (I assume) for some time before asking me more questions I pretended not to understand.
Assumed because my name is of Indian origion perhaps why he assumed I was Hindu. I get that a lot on the internet too...

Caller: Feroze

This guy called me twice so far claiming to provide a discount for paying utility bills on my behalf (couldn't understand the Company name he mentioned). I declined the service both times, and asked to take my number off the caller list. Instead of obliging he said unless I provide a solid reason they will keep calling me back.

Keeps calling me again and again, I never answer this call as I know its a scam call
They also call from different other numbers

Called me twice. no response

Someone called fro this number and they knew my ethnicity because they started talking to me in Hindi/Urdu (language from India/Pakistan)
Tried to get me to set up payments with them.
OBVIOUS SCAM!
