Caller: National claims helpline I enquired a to the company. Told me national claims helpline. Privately ran. On King William Street. A panel of 7 solicitors. Could even help me if my accident was further from the 2 years. They got my reference number from someone's report when asked why a family or friend had an accident, why they would be calling me. Poor bloke was really excited. He then asked again if me or friends or family had been in an accident and I said no. Hahaha

Caller: National Claim Helpline (08) 7079 8401 Received the same phone call from an Indian claiming I'd been in an accident. Rang yesterday and again, today. Obviously, telling him to bugger off didn't make any difference.

Caller: Fake road accident yarn Yep. I knew it was a scam as my phone screen had Potential Fraud written on it. Just wanted to see which scam - sure enough the motor accident spiel. While not a rude person in general, today I was to a degree that did me no credit. However I didn’t swear, but I felt very satisfied with my response! I realise the poor soul calling does this to make a living and is probably paid a pittance, but there’s a limit when all the concocted stories are so ludicrous.
