Number constantly calls on mobile so I figured I’d answer but not say anything & listen to them. They called me by nickname that I use on my Facebook profile & not by my real name that would be linked to any superannuation accounts. Got narky & rude when I said never heard of you, I told them to remove this number & never call it again as you have the wrong name for this number.

Asked what changes to Superannuation had happened Anna could not answer said it was just a free review of my super. Asked Anna for their ABN to check with consumer affairs if company was real she refused to give me their ABN for me to check it.

multiple nuisance calls

rang me 6 times claiming to be from for the new changes to to the Australian government changes to the super funds

they have called multiple times in the last 3 days. I rang back and asked them to stop ringing, which didn't make any difference

They called me five times today and left a voicemail saying they’re from “National Super Service”. Phillipines accent and somehow knew my name! Have since blocked the call and it goes straight to voicemail.

Have had a bunch of calls this week from various "aussie" numbers.

All wanting details of my Super-annuation as the insurance on it was going to be cancelled by the government, even though i was paying for it.

Called by my social media name. Didn't use my last name. Never left a message but when I called back they know who I was before I spoke. Still didn't use my correct or full name and claimed to be a formal group following up on super future insurance cancellation. These are the not the information they would use if it was a legitimate call nor would they know who I was when I called back and they would have left a message. I believe they were scaling for personal information.

Again and again , go and call and get ROO named TED

Filipina voice; called me by name; said my superannuation account was about to be cancelled, and would I provide some personal details to prevent this. Hung up on her.
