I called back number (08) 6313 2834 IVR of D&B, never got to speak to anyone though.

Important I call back on 1300. Sounded very like a scam

This number is Dun & Bradstreet (for real) - not scammers. They use various numbers to chase up outstanding debts - and this is one of them. So if you got a call from this number you either owe money (and should pay up), or you don't owe money (and should call them to find out why they think you do) - lol.
