Seem the same issue as above however I have never had a message left. I believe if they are ligit then they would leave a message or contact via written correspondence.

I called back number (08) 6280 2517 reached IVR for a company called ARMA Group.

This number belongs to ARMA Group - "a specialist provider of contingent debt recovery solutions working across all industry sectors, specialising in Commercial, Consumer and Insurance Recoveries".

They don't care if your debt is unrealistic or has already been dealt with, they will ring you a number of times usually between 8.03 am and 8.11 am, leaving an average of three voicemails on your phone, all containing a 6 second recording of silence.

If you try and call them back, the phone tends to disconnect when you try to press an option on the phone menu or it will tell you that the phone option that leads to an operator is invalid despite them telling you to press that option in their recording.

Strongly recommendation to block this number on your phone and keep all communications written due to their dubious nature!
