I had the same number just ring me. When I asked, which car was it he said only my phone umber details were given

When I picked up the phone there was nothing but dead air.

Scam callers from India....hello ringing about an accident. I told them to F off and hung up AND I have an unlisted number on the do not call register.

Had a call from this number today - 30th March, 2017.

It's the current common scam - someone asks about a recent car accident.

I had a few of these calls last year. This time, I laughed and the caller immediately hung up.

The calls that I had last year had an obvious Indian accent. However, today's call had a caucasian accent.

Asked if had car accident. Hung up when I accused him of being a scammer.
I have had numerous similar calls from this number.

Asked about someone at this number having a car accident in the past 2 years. Reckons he was given the number by the Transport Accident Authority. I asked his name and phone number and he hung up.

Caller advised me to remember a car accident which occurred and claimed I was entitled to
compensation.When I asked for details in writing 'he' hung up. He had said he was a representative of accident claims.

When I picked up this call I heard nothing for half a minute, then a recorded message just said "Goodbye" and hung up. I have had this happen several times. Very annoying. When I try to call the person I get a message the person is unavailable. What the......
