5 missed calls from them, and never leave a message - very annoying. I'm guessing it's Alinta from all above comments. Had a missed amount on a bill and paid it already but they won't stop calling.

This number is definitely Alinta ringing about overdue/unpaid bills. But don’t trust any number always ring back on the number listed for the company and make payments through them.

Could very well be scammers posing as Alinta Energy agents to trick customers. Forward all information to police.

I'm not to sure but I got through to a costumer representative and I ask if I'm billed with them and she stated "I am not sure our systems are down" I said well my ID should have come up when I come through to you and you asked for my name. She then stated "sorry our systems are down so if you try back later it should work". So at this stage I'm not sure I trust them

Yep Alinta Energy, I didn't get bill because posted to incorrect address. Either log into Alinta to view your bills and accounts, or call directly on 13 13 58.

Yea extreme chance of fraud as they only call on private number I asked Alinta and they only call on private number

Not a scam, This is an automated message service making sure you have paid your bill. It asks for your birth date then tells you how much is owing on the account and this was correct in my case.

I rang once and got disconnected
