Caller: presumably Smart Health for Surf Life Saving Aust I received daily many scam phone calls but if the caller is a non-profit organisation as mentioned from others then why don't they leave a genuine message ?

Called and didnt leave message. Called them back on my work phone and got a recorded message. its some company on behalf of surf life saving australia.....
