I called back number (08) 6214 4425 spoke to a guy who said company name is Pioneer Credit.

Name of Eladio - Would not give company name as it is "very sensitive information" and does not want to tell you who he is until you give name, DOB, address and license number etc. also said the call is recorded for training purposes
