Just received message from 08 number after ignoring mobile number first. “ call vanessa” scammers.

Caller: Pioneer credit

Same as above message from Vanessa asking me to pass on message to Marilyn, or for her call this number. I called and told her I didn't know a Marilyn and who was she. It's a debt collector from what I can gather sending random messages. I asked how she got my number, which actually was my husbands number and she said they had access to a database. Surely that's wrong on all levels

These people are the biggest scammers. They ring everyone you barely know asking them to get you to call about nothing you know about. Hope these idiots get a real job

I got a spam text from 0417 426 237 saying " Hi xxxx, please contact Vanessa on (08) 6214 4420 in relation to Melissa. Alternatively please pass it on for them to contact me as soon as possible. Thank you". I got this after declining the call from the landline number. I don't know any Vanessa or Melissas and 08 is area code for South Australia. I have no business with that. Don't call them back it's scam/spam. Block the number.

I called back number (08) 6214 4410 reached voice mail for a company called Pioneer Credit.
