They ring me constantly saying I owe from a bill from previous house I lived in. they are asking for credit card payments over the phone or BPay online. I asked them if they can send me out a letter with a barcode so I can pay at the post office but they say they don't have a barcode to send me.. and I thought that was really suspicious and her laughing while I'm asking all these genuine questions. Also halfing the price from over phone payments today only like who does that I think it bullsh*t as my utilities company hasn't said a thing to me about it...????

I called back number (08) 6214 2464 spoke to a woman who said company name is Pioneer Credit.
