I called back number (08) 6214 2442 spoke to a woman who said company name is Pioneer Credit a debt collection company.

Caller: Not spam I missed a call and they sent me a text. Called them back. Was chasing someone I didn't know. But was very polite and when I said I don't know the person they thanked me and hung up.
