Got a call from this no.. advising he's calling from PIONEER. initially thought it was a scam, so I asked a lot of questions about his reason of calling and how did they got my no. , so I found out that my previous utility company transferred the account to PIONEER for collections, so I called the utility company and they confirmed that it was transferred to Pioneer, as a responsible citizen, i dont want my credit score to be affected. So i did the right thing..
