Caller: someone by the name of Dwayne. Didn't offer a surname. Reckons he'd pulled my name off a data base and was ringing me to get my neighbour's contact details. Quick to point out he was recording for training purposes, to which I advised I was recording for legal purposes. Rude, pushy and officious.

I called back the number (08) 6214 2219 and the guy on the other line said the company name is Pioneer Credit
