This number hangs up when I answer. When I call back I get automated message that puts me on hold then forwards me to message bank. Message bank is full and then call terminates. Same message and sequence as (03) 8373 4748 and (02) 8999 2076 which I have received in last two days. Suspect spam calls.

I called back number (08) 6166 0221 just kept on ringing no one answered the call and never got any voice mail.

call centre of some kind using an American sounding automated voice mail. More persistent with calls than a debt collector.
