Claimed to be Telstra helping to assist me with all the viruses that were being downloaded to my computer every time I was online ....

Been getting 2 or 3 calls a day from this number as well as from (02) 4589 4798 for weeks. Callers have Indian accents purporting to be from Telstra Technical Dept.

Been calling both home and mobile, told them where to go

This is the ninth time they have called and I am getting fed up with it

They call me everyday and today the hake my computer and deleting many things in front of my eyes. Be careful it’s dangerous

They have called 28 times in the last three days, I don't answer but its getting beyond a joke !!

Indian sounding guy with poor english, caller ID told me from Southport Queensland. Said he was a Telstra technition, told me he will remotely fix my computer for problems from the internet. Told me to press CTRL< R or something like that and in the run box type something. I hung up. Getting calls several times a day.

I get this call 3 to 4 times a day I just don't answer

This number has been calling our house line and mobile phone for several months regardless of how nicely or abruptly I have responded to their spiel re being aTelstra technician to fix my computer. About a fortnight ago my husband answered the phone and told the lady to P... off, and since then they have been ringing every few hours .. the phone rings 3 times then they hang up ..likewise the mobile and no message is left .. I regard their actions as harassment and expect Telstra to take action against those participating in the scam and their actions ... but there seems to be nothing I can do nor Telstra will do .. I do believe that Telstra is obligated to protect their customers ...

Sick of these people calling me. One time they spoke and said they were Telstra IT Hung up but they keep calling. Can't something be done about them.

Overseas caller trying to dupe me why can't the gov stop these calls

They've been calling me at least 3 times a days for the last 2 days. Say they are from Telstra and when I told them I don't have an account with Telstra (I'm with Optus) they told me "This is affecting everyone in Australia". Added their number to call rejection list but still get messages from voicemal about them. Wish there was something more effective I could do :/

If you call up your phone line provider (e.g Telstra) and provide the number to them they can block it from calling your house

Have now blocked these people from my phone - hope it works. Have never answered the phone to them but it’s clearly a scam. They have been calling me daily for ages and never leave a message.

This number has called my mobile 11 times over the last 4 days. Always a hang-up and never leaves a message. When I return the call the number is not connected.

SCAM! Rings several times a day and won’t stop 😢

Scammer - told me he was from telstra - sounded like a noisy call center. Gave a spiel about internet etc etc ...Hung up when I told him I was waiting on a repayment from telstra. Ha Ha

(07) 5646 7014 have rung us on many occasions and despite being ignored continue to do so. Surely there is something I can do about this!

Tried to tell me that my internet needed to be disconnected as there were some problems. Said they were from Telstra [not with Telstra]. They have rung 4 times in the last 24 hours, but hang up when I query them about details. The latest person purported to be Josie Jones....clearly not.
