got a call no message tried ringing back message bank full

Received a call only just sort of heavy breathing and noises I could not understand.
Answered on my 101 answering service.
Tried to call back but was told that the callers box was full.

I've had 3 missed calls from this number, no messages. i tried to call from a separate landline, no answer, same 'Messagebox is full' RVA.

I'm glad I missed the call.

got a missed call could ring back as mail box was full WTF im going to report this to the cops .... glade i have googled the number
