I called back number (07) 5584 2020 reached IVR for a company called Gold Coast Bulletin.

Had a missed call from this number.. When I returned the call, it was an automated service for Gold Coast Bulletin (I am from Victoria)I went ahead and waited for a representative to answer as prompted.When my call was answered I introduced myself and addressesed "Vicky" and asked how she was. She gave a disinterested, blunt response and said it was a switchboard and that without a message left on my phone as to who was calling there was no way to know who called. I thanked her and said thats not a problem to which she replied with a "Uh huh... Bye" Thats not someone I would like representing my company, thats for sure.
