I called back number (07) 5570 3337 spoke to a guy never mentioned the company name. He just said they worked with a number of charities and also mentioned something about a donation lottery.

They work on behalf of charities and have door to door teams which generate the leads and a call center to manage the ongoing donations.
Typically, they will have an expectation of $30 a month for more than 2 years to enable "maximum benefit". I checked the charity's website and there was a facility to perform one off donations, which I was told was not possible by the door to door team.
