They are still at it today, trying my mobile and land line. The number comes up as 00755....It is so obviously a scam. Since when has Telstra ever initiated a service call. They don't even make follow up calls, when they say they will.

This is the usual scam - a guy with an Indian accent saying he's calling from Telstra. We are not Telstra customers.

Why the phone companies do not stop these scam calls?

Hi, this number just called me in the uk, very obvious scammer, played him up and then he hung up on me, very rude !!! Cant you report this to your police they should be able to get an address from the number, these scammers have been conning old folks out of their

They claim to be from British Telecom. They claim there is a problem with your computer. Put down the receiver, they are a scam.
