Caller: Club Wyndham - South Pacific

Missed the call as i wasn't in the office at the time. I returned the call after not being able to find much information online for the number. Menu at the start of the return phone call clearly stated who the company was and so I continued through to speak to a human to sort out my missed levi payment.

Can only be a telemarketer , why else would they not leave a message ?

Thanks to Mike I called the number back.
Seems their booking and levy departments have different operating systems as I know our details were up to date with the former.
All sorted, no problems.

It is very annoy yo received a call and nobody saying anything at all, when I call back they ask for payment by dial 1 for pay by credit card!

accent, asked for person by name Are you John Smith ? Wanted yes or no response. Would only identify themselves by a western christian name and kept repeating that it was a personal call and are you ????? Be very careful what you say as they may be recording the call. I kept asking for the caller to identify themselves, why they were calling and where were they calling from would only repeat my name is Jane and this is a personal call. Complete scam
