sick of getting calls. all I wanted was an insurance quote

Go away Youi. Seriously why do they not let you know they will call you before you enter your number! like why the hell would I choose the online option (right next to the call button) if I wanted to f*cking to talk to someone? Atleast when they call you have a good reason to go on and on until they hang up. Then call back on another number (07) 5347 0059 to get another serve. Brainless twits.

I went on their website to try and get an online quote, but they just take your details of this process and call you. I haven't had a problem obtaining an online quote from anyone but them and now I'm receiving multiple calls a day, while I'm at work. They certaining will be taking no for answer if I'm ever available to take their call and they should leave a message if they'd like me to return their call.

yep i got halfway through their quote then went to bingle instead because i cbf talking to them..

now they have my number i keep getting calls..

even after explicitly telling them i have gone with Bingle because they are less annoying

I've been trying to cancel a Youi insurance policy for weeks now, I keep getting blocked and referred by their very clever staff who basically just want to retain everyone they can. The insurance policy doesn't start until December 1st (it's November 25th) and my current provider have beaten them. Now Youi keep calling from this number to try and beat it again, but they never leave a message if I don't answer and when I do, it's a bit of music and then they hang up. I've called the number back and it's Youi. They don't cancel anything via email or text message, only via recorded telephone call apparently, but then you have to talk to their super aggressive sales staff who just won't take no for an answer.

They keep calling but i can never hear anybody speak and thats all i get
