I have been scammed once and paid $350 for vouchers that are always not applicable to use for one reason or another. They insist on ringing me to upsell for another $350 for a better deal. dont believe them as they neglect to give you all the information and there are loop holes that you cant access your thousands of dollars of vouchers. I was recently told that you have to book more than 4 days or more to be eligible to access any vouchers. I have never been told this before. Much better deals on Booking.com

I have exactly the same problem with this number (if it's Resort Club) - keep telling me I have unused vouchers and if I add a monetary amount they will send me more. Still waiting for my original booklet of vouchers. I have also asked them to stop calling, to no avail. When I have tried to use said vouchers, they tell me they're not suitable for overseas travel ....

Same as other experiences. Annoying as hell as they won't stay on the phone long enough for me to abuse them!

(07) 5409 4001- a**holes keep calling my mother. I tried to call back just get an engaged tone. It is resort club, going to answer her phone next time and give them an expletive ridden mouthful. Maybe they will then desist.

Got caught up with them several years ago and now they continually call. I have blocked their number so I don't even know they have call until I see a missed call message. Don't get caught up with them or they will not leave you alone.

These guys are a bunch of a**holes. Do not answer the calls. Surely there is a way for these guys to be reported. If my business harrassed clients like this I'd probably end up in jail.

Says we have $3950 credit. To get this credit all we need to do is pay $355 to get the money sent to us on a eftpos card that we can use. What bull dust!!!!!! Shall be contacting consumer affairs. They are scammers
