I have blocked this number several months ago, it is a Resort Club, however all of a sudden I am receiving messages that I have missed calls from the number. I also have unused vouchers with them and have authorised them to cancel them (several months ago) when they told me I would lose them if I didn't use them. This harassment needs to be stopped!!!

yes I agree with you. When I booked a place to stay last year during the pandemic, I did this online and unbeknown to me was charged for registering on the site. Since discovering these charges, I managed to track it down & had the charges reversed however they still had my details & have had these nuisance calls since. Today I've had 5 calls from this number however I have set my phone for Potential fraud/scam/spam and get a message saying Potential fraud/spam/scam & do not answer it. I did use my landline phone to check the number, who was calling, it was engaged.


I have now blocked this number, see what happens.

I’m pretty sure I answered once and it was an elderly lady thinking she was calling her doctors but now that I think about it this is a new number is my sons number so could be something he’s clicked online too

They have called me 9 time sin the last two weeks after previously telling them 3 times not to call me anymore. I have the number blocked but still get the missed call message from them

Pack of scambag arseholes. Stop ringing my mobile with your crap. How you employ people to promote this crap amazes me. I have tried in the past to book using my vouchers, but there is always some reason/ excuse why my particular booking can't be done. Bunch of absolute wankers.

Blocked their number but it still comes through as a missed call. 5 calls in 5 days. These guys don't give up. Have to say that they are calling amidst a world wide travel ban for Covid-19 and they are still trying to sell holidays - seriously!!!

We are on the Do Not Call Register and have told these people not to phone us. which they haven't done as yet. I believe they are Accor Resort Club and in the past have been heavily fined by the ACCC for violating the wishes of people who do not want to be called by this company. We have asked for them not to call us, remove our number from their lists, blocked their number (goes to missed calls instead). WHAT DOESN'T THIS COMPANY UNDERSTAND ABOUT DO NOT CALL?
